It shouldn't take over a month and $976k isn't huge coin.
Benefit to placing to sophs and instos is that they have access to fast cash. Normally they'll have a day to decide whether they commit or not.
Check the placement/SPP announcement re; timeline of issue of shares.
So at the moment, $570k has yet to be received from the placement and no commentary from management. It's very relevant for SPP participants.
