I should've added - "which is huge starting off from a higher and higher base". You do realise growth % is a lot easier to achieve from a smaller base?
But also, it may be you that hasn't done the numbers? You didn't get thrown off by the way they sometimes report cumulative vs in-quarter?
Here - I've backed out their quarterly sales from the cumulative sales figure for you.
If you did have QoQ 50% as a target, you can see they missed it in all but one quarter.
