Yep there is a chicken versus egg thing going on at the moment with DFS versus strategic partner, ARL deciding to keep some powder dry on the DFS until they know the needs and/or capacity of a project partner. Somewhat risky as it delays progress on the DFS and creates uncertainty around timelines etc. but if they have genuine interest on the line for the KNP it does make sense to ensure the DFS is fit for purpose rather than a hypothetical business case.
