I agree. It is well ahead of where I was expecting it to be at this stage. That said I expect the price to be higher in 2 years than now and continue up from there, but if there is a broad shock or downturn it may pull back a bit in the short term. It depends on your investment time frame and your stomach for a bit of red if the market turns. It has run hard.
I'm not selling, but I'm not a buyer at these levels either.
