In opinion:

100% Agree. Holding my handy Million parcel and sitting on it before the Wam. When this moves it will move large and fast. Market asleep at the wheel with CTM. Maybe Wall Street is still too busy chasing last years Tech Unicorns, Coiny Coins and Fossil fuels? Who cares, but be sure they will end up paying much much more for this quality Aussie stock. If larger cashed up mining companies (Such as AGO etc) would position into this company many years ago seeing the strategic benefits of South America resources and it's cheap cost to produce for its shovel ready IO exploration alone, what do you think will happen once CTM achieve what it plans to achieve ST / MT / and LT which it's potential Cobalt and Copper resources will be needed for the ever growing year on year EV and Battery Storage market. We are near the bottom of the Commodity Market folks.... It can't get any worse than this as CTM has survived it ALL during the IO downturn till now. Time to shine! They may certainly need CTMs resources....Massive re-rate inevitable with this stock? 10-20 bagger and then some for starters....
