    I base it on what the charts are saying. The better U stocks are moving!

    Overlay the latest AGS, PNN, CUY, and BMN charts (plus a few others ) .... all have spiked off their lows in recent weeks/days.

    A few have not. WHE is one of those and was a cheap entry at mid 70's for a move upwards
