MyFok! It does seem as if the FAR MO is once more in play. The usual, gradual pip increases in SP at low volume and then a CR at a supposed "discount.

All good and fine to say it keeps FAR in the Big Game. But this is where management's foresight and strategic acumen fell short.
W'd be issuing 500,000 000 shares at 6c to raise $30M ( taking us to 6Bil shares on issue) whereas, having acted prudently, an amount of $50M could have been raised with issue of 500,000 000 shares at 10c.... Biiiiggg difference when it comes to dilution don't you think....
Years ago I would have held 1Mil shares from 2.2Bil shares on issue. Apart from adding here and there I couldn't keep pace with the many CapRaises over time (which admittedly, were necessary) so now I effectively hold 1 Mil shares out of 5.5Bil shares on issue ( most likely soon to be 6Bil or mare share). You see the effect Towie?
Keep jamming up the management I say..
