if it comes in they’ll have cashflow fairly quickly and it might come in on SM71 levels..they can then also start flogging BYE at a nice premium and the oppies...? They don’t need to be beholden to BYE if they form a relationship with OEL..which may already be in progress , with both being involved in Biv Peak..?
