     Do you really think the management of KDR are going to ask their share holders to accept a price under $2 when this time last year the share price hit $2.48. In the $2.48 there was still a cloud over tenements in the wardens court and we had 2 less off take partners (LG Chem and Mitsui). I think if there is a deal it will be one that all shareholders will be happy with, and that would be north of $3. Especially if it is SQM because they would be getting back all the money they used to buy the first 50%!
