The Panel getting stern on lack of disclosure:
"Shareholders should not have to piece together from multiple sources a complex structure of transactions and relationships relating to a corporate group and the financial position of members of that group."
In other words, if you want to get your fee grabbing claws on HML......Pay your shareholders out in cash Stu.
