Yes, there is no guarentee off anything these days, however it looks like the board to me, if all passes, will vote in favour.
Maybe they will recieve a sweetener of some sort if Archer get shareholders support on the non-bidding bid.
Who knows, but I don;t see the board saying to reject just yet.
