    hmmmm, so at the moment the HX cannot rout bricks, but that feature might be incorporated in the future. That is how I read the response.

    The plan looks like they will run electrical down the cores. Okay, electrical cable and data cable is flexible. So doable.
    But that wouldn't be done till after the roof was on right?
    The work that the sparkies do will still be bespoke then. Where is the saving in time for the sparkie trade?

    As for the poor plumber.
    Pipes are not as flexible as cable.
    How does the plumber feed the pipe down the core when the roof is on?
    Again, the plumbing work is still bespoke. Where is the saving in time for the plumbing trade?

    Another question if I may....
    Some time after the HX lays all the bricks, the roof frame and roof tiles or metal roof sheeting is put on the house.
    The bottom course of bricks is glued to the green waterproof membrain, and each layer of bricks is glued to the one below it.
    If it rains after the HX has laid all the bricks but before the roof goes on, what happens to the water in the cores of the bricks. Where does it go?
