One of the selling points about the HX routing was that it would make it quicker for the following trades, saving time and money.
With no routing, how will the following trades be quicker with a house whose walls are built by the HX?

If the block cores in the FWS blocks are water tight due to the glue, how does the builder get the water out of the cores?

If the roof is on, how is a straight pipe fed down the core?
Some of the pipes for a vanity might be 4 feet long.
Gas pipes for a wall heater or console heater might be 6 or 7 feet long.
In the ceiling, the gap distance from the top course upto the underside of roof will not be high enough except maybe in the center of the building.
