The director selling, especially the significant disclosure today of the selling by the managing director, is disconcerting. Two directors have now sold in a matter of days.
I like this stock very much, but I don't like the fact of this selling.
Having supported the stock, I therefore disclose I am selling and reducing my recommendation to sell. (I can't credibly sell and recommend hold).
This doesn't change my view on the long-term merits of the stock. But, the director selling might mean they have concerns about valuation or that it might make an acquisition requiring a capital raising...... Time will tell.
