I think this coming AGM we vote them down and vote them out. They just don’t seem to get it. I want to see someone on the board who has skin in the game and holds vested interest in the company succeeding.
If MT is not completely removed (both running and as a financial burden) with someone put on the board with actual skin in the game who will sit back before a decision and think “hang on this might actually have a negative impact on us” rather than “let’s get a couple of bucks in the account that will not last us more than a few months but at least that’s a few more months of salary” then the removal of the board is critical to stop further decay. The board interest and shareholder interest are not aligned and this has been blatantly obvious for some time now.
It’s time to vote and vote for change as if change does not happen then there will be no more APG.
