What's to worry about a cap raise??
minor dilution, hardly an issue in the big scheme of things.
Rather standard practice for startup growth companies in their infancy.
What company going into the high cost business of setting up cannabis growing areas & manufacturing facilities hasn't completed a cap raise?
I think maybe this the wrong sector for your investing.
