MMX ann just out on CHM case. You should be very worried as MMX has made some pretty strong claims here such as :
''Murchison is therefore satisfied that the Chameleon claim should not result in any
material value loss for Murchison shareholders''
Looks like your gamble has failed and we MMX holders look forward to our day in court.
As you can see MMX cannot be stopped now.
