You are very wrong here. MMX can be counter sued by MMX shareholders and others for any misleading or incorrect claim they make.
They dont make them lightly. Its usually ''we will vigorisly (speeling) contest these unsubstantiated charges'' etc etc
Not what we had today from MMX.
