I don’t think we can even guess that at the moment as we do not know the extent of the debts due to the company’s lack of transparency.
I am hoping that the current Board accept some of the blame for this stuff up as they are ultimately responsible and don’t just maximise their own situation ( Rogers getting over $1 m in shares) as shareholders will not tolerate this and ASIC are still in the loop.
They could pull the plug and call in the liquidators but then ASIC would also be involved and the breaches here are serious.
