I absolutely have confidence in the board especially on Kate and Ray as I have personally met them during the investors lunch, and I believe what they said that the company does not need a CR, but don't forget we are sitting at the end of ASX - small caps, most people come here are for the quick money, without Insto support we are likely going to be at this price level for a while. The new combined Alcidion Group and its new management team are still new as a listed company on ASX, and it takes time to build trust and they will need to build that with hard evidence.
