Perhaps it's was filled by our directors with a rights offering to follow. Surely they would prefer shares as opposed to a 10% return on a loan to the company. Shares could see 100% return in the next 12 months if things go to plan.  Although I suspect the endless sell volume at these levels was to ensure the CR happened at this price...
