Justin, you might be a tech trader for 20 years, but I suggest you read my post again.

I didnt say it WASNT a buy signal ... in fact the opposite is true! I have already posted here that WHE is a buy.

My comment was that it wasn't a confirmed "BREAKOUT" ... it will need another up day to confirm that.

As a Tech trader you would know what a "BREAKOUT" is:
Breakout
A rise in a security's price above a resistance level (commonly its previous high price.) A breakout is taken to signify a continuing move in the same direction. Can be used by technical analysts as a buy or sell indicator

IMO today it just poked its nose above the previous high on the 12th. It needs the "continuing move" - as mentioned above - to signal a breakout.

As far as a BUY signal goes, I really think Blind Freddie would have seen this today.
