Exactly, KDR market cap is roughly $515 mill, whereas PLS $1.29 bill. If KDR had 1.744 bill shares on issue, their share price would be $0.295 cents. Share price means jack. Also note KDR need to raise about $350 mill for their 50% share of the mine, plant and converter capex, which could be an issue with MC of $515 mill, particularly in current environment.
