Obviously they were under no obligation to inform the market whether they exercised the right to participate in the Posco Joint Venture. Considering they didn't inform the market it is surmised they did exercise the right.Final documentation and board approval has been brought forward from May 2019 to end of March 2019.
"Due diligence underway with Board decision to participateand JV terms to be completed by the end of March 2019."
This does not mean an announcement on the terms will be seen around that time, but it might.
