Exactly right. When I read the opening post I did so with a closed mind. Imagining a robot doing what I do, which is brick veneer properties on tight blocks. Not much goes smoothly, windows and doors are out of plumb, bricks can vary in size up to 10mm and panels between windows sometimes need cut bricks.. impossible for a robot to manage in that situation.
However, changing to complete block/brick houses would make it possible. I guess it will be inevitable one day..
Have you seen 3D printed buildings in China? Even their prefabricated buildings are impressive.. a major train station put together overnight.
