afroboy- we are in good hands with our US boss.I meant it when i described him as one of the best and sharpest in the business.
from memory, JC obtained the acreage from a guy in? arizona ( ???phoenix). location might be a bit off the mark, but i gather he was disposing of his assets in a hurry - this was back in the CP days or maybe even earlier... he ( jc) apparently recognised the enormous potential and grabbed it at what i gather was a pretty good deal for the time....can't be more specific than that other than to say that as shareholders we are definitely going to owe him......
