Whilst you make a fair point oz, as I don't like to see a stock I own shorted & drop massively due to any inside info from a insto etc. However there are many obvious indicators to inform us of a drop in the SP of a certain stock eg, TA reaching previous resistance level, the DOW substantially down or metal prices drop etc etc, and therefore giving us prior knowledge of a stock or sector likely to fall the following day or days, hence then to position ourselves to short and profit from this fall. The outcome is others also see & act on this situation forcing prices lower & hopefully for shorters, to trigger stops & or margin calls therefore dumping more on to market etc. Its my opinion rather than to get upset with all this, is to educate ourselves on this stratergy & join them.
Anyway hopefully everyone will buy heaps BNB so I can profit down the track lol, cheers to all holders
