That would be yet another corporate governance disaster if the buyer of 37 million shares of BRL turned out to be BRL itself. Because that would suggest that the buy back was created only as an exit for big holders.
Which brings me to who the mystery buyer of the 100 million shares is. If it has not been announced so far...it may be that there were more than 1 buyers.
