AT the end of Dec 2018 , had $2.69M COH , estimated outgoing for March quarter $2M , so COH was always going to be a problem .
Unfortunately for SHs , the need for cash happened before the OT , was always a very real possibility.
The 10c surprised me , renounceable surprised me but the need for cash did not.
