Maybe...but the big deal is that they can perform as a constellation  and provide the services as intented ...m2m...iot and voice and messaging services and they have demonstrated they have the software to do it....not only that but all world firsts operated by a unique platform...id say the diaminds have more than met the testing requirements to make the pearls successful...no guarantees of course
