The Glencore director is M. Menzies?
I could not find an announcement that any director has stood down since the last AGM when Menzies was re-elected.
So the Glencore director has yet to go?
Yes AMI in a good position to bid for CSA. There are other cashed up players who would go for CSA such as SFR and OZL. I would expect CSA to sell for full price of >$400M.
