I'll never "get" this vegan fad Maggie. Every other animal on the planet gets to eat what it's instinctively attracted to except humans. Dogs eat other animals, cats eat other animals, birds eat other animals etc etc, then you get to dairy, where the majority of the animal kingdom begin their lives on their mothers teat, so how is consuming dairy not natural? Early races of people would not have survived/evolved had it not been for being omnivores. I don't understand how eating an egg or milking a cow is somehow cruel? Choosing free range eggs if the cage is an issue seems the logical step. I doubt whether cows would produce much milk if they were put under stress during the milking process?
