apparently Vendor has a large amount of assets in Singapore and this is a key reason as to why the arbitration clause in the purchase contract in Singapore. In an earnings call last year a question was asked as to whether DNA was moving to freeze assets. No comment was made because the arbitration process is 'confidential'. I wouldn't hold out much hope for tens of millions in the Vendor's assets frozen, but it is a possibility.
