I was referring to lower interest rates - this will hit investors/retirees incomes who will then look at other alternatives, and if they do their research then DDR should come onto their radar as a great FF dividend stock with good growth.
They need to weigh up 5+% div yield compared to 1% yield on term deposits, which will swing some investment funds towards DDR.
