Ann: Titan Minerals and Core Gold to Combine, page-13

This has nothing to do with Aussies or Canadians or whatever. Core Gold is held by Americans, Canadians, Ecuadorians, Mexicans etc. Titan I don't know.
What my question is, and I really would like some help with it and perhaps someone knowlegeable about Titan could help me: how does Titan get a market cap of A$60 mil? I am serious. I spent a couple days going all that is available online about first Mundo, than Minera, and finally Titan, to try and get a handle on the company, and it isn't pretty. And I am not trying to insult anyone or assume any expertise, but from everything that I have found about Titan, it has been a very poorly managed company with project failure after project failure. And if you look at their financial statements right about now they have one maybe two million remaining, with little prospect of profit in the near future, assets of maybe five million, but yet the big market cap. Just doesn't make sense. Can anyone help me?
