On Oct 2, GMV announced plans to list GMV on the Nasdaq "within the next 4 to 5 months." That was more than 5 months ago. Granted, there was a 3-week shutdown of the SEC during this time. But even taking this out, 4 months have comfortably elapsed. Where do we think progress is on this? Has the F-1 been submitted yet? Should/would GMV start the ball rolling before CFDA? Why wasn't the underwriter named?
