SaaS AI platform. Appear to have some major affiliations with a Amazon, Microsoft, Adobe etc
& seems a good fit for Appen.
On a quick look the price paid of around 5.7 x 2018 earnings looks reasonable/cheap.
The SP will obviously trade down to the offer price, but IMO it looks OK
& given the Co I'd expect it to be well supported.
Even given that I'll wait to the last minute to decide if I take up the offer.
