The question is who and why? Smells of an over zealous, under educated bureaucrat. Not a personal comment but the system is seriously broken when they are policing things like this without training!
I trust the MYL Geo knows what he is seeing and did in his first report. They were not claiming any particular grade and blind Freddie could see the chalco.
