Traders, short term investors or those late to the party hate being caught up in a capital raise; long term investors not so much. When some people are upset they think causing fear and doubt for other people is a panacea. It doesn't turn red to green.
Long term investors understand startups need capital and don't run on fresh air. They have also most likely done their due diligence and worked out what capital is needed and any dilution affect on their future SP goals. Long term investors look for capable management with determined leadership for the project and exceptional cash management.
From my early research AGY has all these things. Great leadership, great technical expertise and excellent cash management. Capital raises have been in line with the project, not greedy and managed well. This capital raise and a future one fit with the project goals so are of no concern for me. You either have faith in your research and own due diligence monitoring the project or you don't.
I pay no attention to traders or people who bought in on FOMO. People need to recognise when they missed the first boat of a project and stop whingeing. Next time turn up on time or wait patiently until yours catches up or maybe even get off if you're sea sick. But stop spewing over everyone you can find.
