sorry Zero, I don’t agree. I don’t think that Dr M has any bargaining power at all. If he allows a Lynas shut down, Lynas will simply go elsewhere. I am sure that there will be no shortage of offers for Lynas move a new plant to. As far as Malaysia is concerned, it will be a lose lose situation.
