Here is his reply;

All is going fine and according to plan.

• DWX is on plan
• We are 1 month into integrating in Cloudten and cross-selling each other services.
• No significant changes to TSI India

We will keep the market updated if there is any significant developments.  But at this point, there is nothing new.


At the corporate level, we are only 2 staff.  And both of us are actively involved in the day-to-day management and running of DWX and Cloudten (including sales, client development, resourcing, finance, HR, etc, etc), in addition to the integration of Cloudten.  Again, doesn’t make sense to increase corporate overhead – not good for shareholders.


To top it off, we don’t have a PR firm or corporate advisor put out stories for us – that will cost $100k a year, and we think that that’s not good use of shareholder money.
