Holy Moley! Of course China won't approve releasing $100m for a project that has lost its major deposit!!! There is a good chance
that it will get there given ANS' top level connections in China, but there are no guarantees when dealing with a sovereign country in Africa who's leaders have been disappointed by SDL for a decade before patience ran out and they cancelled the Convention! SDL will of course extend if asked by ANS as it has a simple choice - ANS or the administrators!
