if CNP was insolvent the lawyers would be fighting for nothing because you cannot get blood out of a stone!!!

all this goes to show is that CNP does have valuable assets and now the greedy vultures want to get their cut of the action.

mark my words, lawyers are not interested in chasing a dead duck. they only put an effort in where they can see fruits as the reward for their labour.

shareholders end up invariably getting a fraction of what they claim. it happened with MXG and it happened with AMP. ironically both those claims were settled long after the dust had settled from their respective crisis's and CNP will probably be the same.
