I would say the sell-off was done by ST traders / smaller holders; the big holdings are probably still there as the DTOR and hold for longer term.
This is panic sell usually by nervous people; which synchronized can have this effect, especially on tight float; the opposite is also true: when it comes back up it will come hard and fast.
Didn't sell a share in the last 3 months.
