which is why SQM need to move sooner than the DFS with KDR board's support and at a fair price. If SQM waits until the DFS then KDR will be in play as the project's feasibility will be known. SQM don't need a DFS, they want 100% of Mt Holland and they don't need the DFS, they will build the refinery at whatever cost and they won't need a CR or financing if they own it 100%. If SQM waits they will regret it IMO. SQM will want to delay the DFS which their announcements support. I wonder why? As I have said several times SQM needs Mt Holland more than KDR do. If it costs SQM $1.5B (I hope) then so be it, they would be crazy to loose the opportunity but they will need KDR board support. I am just waiting, but my money is on fairly soon as it will only get more expensive for them and they could end up with a partner they don't want if they delay.
