FMG doesn't have 2% of the world iron ore market. BHP, RIO and the Brazilian giant control over 60%.
This isn't a breakup, its a geo-political reality check. The Chinese buy up 40% of the world's iron ore.
If they move to Brazil for political reasons, we will be in big trouble.
Better lobby for great foreign relations, regardless of our shipping advantage.
