No doubt a few shock reactions.......however, read the announcement in detail.......I'm eagerly awaiting the prospectus and may just tip in as this is a VERY BIG DEAL (although i just picked up 4.5mill shares at 0.0025). Essentially we become a much bigger, stronger company with the ability to make progress on some very exciting gold plays, with a geologist who jumped ship from a super major because he saw the potential for big things. KW is no slouch either, bag the company and it's history all you want, but this guy has moved heaven and earth to turn the shambles that was MNC around.

While we're on a roll let's have a name change and cut out the remaining hangers on from the old company. Major backing from SFR is a bloody big tick too!!!!
