while similar, your parallel analysis of Tanbreez and GML perhaps missed one very important and differentiating stressor and that is: Tanbreez's final REE contains no radioactive elements; unlike GML's. For GML in order to process REE it has to produce URANIUM first hence the delays in the ML approval. When you say URANIUM to Tree Huggers or environmentalists , they immediately shut down and become totally irrational, a dialogue becomes impossible? GML is having to go to extra lengths to satisfy the Centralists. If all the people in charge in Greenland, opened their mind, recognized and truly understood the magnitude of their economic prowess and the enterprise value beneath their feet, they would immediately approve the ML.
