Doesnt look good. I can’t see any justification (certainly no announcement has justified the requirement) Like you I have blown a motzah on the original BSM and unfortunately put my trust in the Madagascar play.The last year of management activity has not impressed me, regardless of the milestone reaching. lets face it it is not rocket science.....graphite mining and extraction - especially with their deposits. I am getting concerned with the lack of communication and the dilution going on. If some positive announcements aren’t happening on the production and sales front with sensible capital management I fear this will appear just another plaything for directors and their mates and not an accretion of value for long suffering shareholders. I am hoping for better than that because otherwise it will be a dead duck soon.The market is unlikely to be forgiving.
