From the Chairman’s address:
"The tribunal for the case was appointed in April 2018 and the terms of reference were agreed later in the year."
Isn't this the first we have heard about the Terms of Reference agreement having been made?
Lord Hoffman hasn't appeared on the ICC case lists yet where cases are supposed to be updated monthly after, according to the ICC list web page "Terms of Reference in the case were transmitted to, or approved by, the ICC Court."
The process seems as clear as mud, as usual.
